Local Farmer Abuses Junior!

An unnamed local farmer, a Mr. Scott Hartvickson, who asked to remain anonymous, is accused of abusing his Russell Junior horse drawn road grader by leaving it out in the harsh North Dakota weather. The Russell Junior was built in Minneapolis, Minn. in the late 1800's or the early 1900's. If you have any information on Russell Juniors including the original colors, pleases leave a letter to the editor.
